Instructions for Use — Black Hakik Japa Mala

Set Your Intention

Hold the Black Hakik Japa Mala gently in your hands and close your eyes.

Set a clear intention — grounding, protection, emotional balance, mental strength, spiritual growth, or devotion to a chosen deity or mantra.

Begin the Japa Practice

Hold the mala in your right hand, using your thumb to move each bead gently toward you.

Start from the bead next to the guru bead (the larger center bead).

Do not cross over the guru bead — when you reach it, pause, reflect, and reverse the direction.

Chant the Mantra

Chant your chosen mantra once per bead with focus and devotion.

You may use traditional or personal mantras such as:

• Om Namah Shivaya

• Om Sham Shanicharaya Namah

• Om Hreem Namah

• Any mantra aligned with protection, grounding, or inner strength

Repeat 11, 21, 54, or 108 times, depending on your spiritual practice.
