Instructions for Use — Amethyst Japa Mala

Set Your Intention

Hold the Amethyst Japa Mala gently in your hands and close your eyes.

Begin the Japa Practice

Hold the mala in your right hand, using the thumb to move each bead gently toward you.

Start from the bead next to the guru bead (the larger center bead) — never cross over the guru bead; when you reach it, reverse direction.

Chant the Mantra

Repeat your chosen mantra once per bead with full awareness.

You may chant mantras such as:

• Om Namah Shivaya

• Om Shreem Namah

• Om Hreem Namah

• Any personal mantra aligned with calmness, clarity, or higher awareness

Use 11, 21, 54, or 108 repetitions based on your spiritual practice.
